Childcare Early Years Assessor/Tutor

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Early Years Assessor/Tutor to join our team at the National Skills Agency. As a key member of our Childcare & Education Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and education to our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging face-to-face and online tuition sessions using a range of teaching methods and resources.
- Develop and maintain a diary of planned sessions, ensuring effective time management and organization.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to a variety of levels and in a variety of settings, including remote locations.
- Address issues raised during training and react in an appropriate manner, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education.
- Travel to learners' places of work as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
- Hold a recognized adult teaching qualification, such as a Certificate in Level 3 Education in Training or equivalent.
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or alternatively up to and including Level 5.
- Be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including learners, colleagues, and management.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality training that meets the National Standards.
- Hold a valid DBS check and be willing to undergo regular checks.
