Job Title: Early Years Educator - Child Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at the Early Years Alliance. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early years education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning experiences that promote child development and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery management team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 2 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
  • Ability to undertake an enhanced DBS check, if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
