Property Lettings Consultant – Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the lettings team to meet performance targets, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Contribute to enhancing the agency's reputation within the local market.
  • Handle inquiries via phone and in-person, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Conduct property viewings and gather feedback from potential tenants.
  • Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants for new tenancies.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary legal documents and safety certifications are in order prior to tenant move-in.
