Job Summary

We're seeking passionate, sales-driven brand ambassadors to join our team. As a Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. If you're passionate about our brand and have a proven track record in premium retail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to make informed recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging customer experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in premium retail, ideally with a focus on sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Passion for the Thomas Sabo brand and our products
