Macmillan Davies is proud to support a leading global bio pharmaceutical client in their search for an experienced HR Shared Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR advice and support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of benefits, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies, and tools.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the HR Shared Services function.
  • Collaborate with providers to inform changes in employee life cycles and ensure accurate benefit administration.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on benefit plans and processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of benefit plans and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days of office work.
  • Uxbridge location.
  • Day rate: £160 - £200.
