Job Summary

Totum Partners is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing full graduate, lateral, and professional recruitment support, as well as generalist support to the HR Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graduate Recruitment:
    • Respond to incoming graduate recruitment queries and provide support for all elements of onsite and offsite recruitment activities, including law firms, campus events, assessment days, and vacation schemes.
    • Collate and circulate feedback and manage wash-up sessions.
    • Manage ad-hoc work experience programs, including liaising with candidates, induction scheduling, and overseeing candidate experience.
    • Responsibility for running the US summer associate program in London.
  • Graduate Development:
    • Provide pastoral support and regular check-ins with trainee cohorts.
    • Collect and collate trainee review comments at mid-seat and end-of-seat.
    • Manage the seat rotation process in consultation with supervisors.
  • Lateral Recruitment:
    • Prepare job descriptions and coordinate hiring processes with legal recruitment agencies, business services recruiters, and executive search consultancies.
    • Ownership of interview scheduling process, including responsibility for internal and external communications throughout.
    • Collate and circulate interview feedback.
  • Generalist HR Support:
    • Prepare management reports.
    • Assist with compensation modeling and research.
    • Prepare HR correspondence, including changes to terms and conditions, maternity and paternity processes, and compensation documentation.
    • Support senior HR team members with employee relations issues, investigations, and other sensitive and confidential matters.
    Requirements
    • Strong professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
    • Comfortable handling sensitive and delicate employee relations matters.
    • At least 2 years of experience working within a legal HR or other professional services environment.
    • Experience of at least one full graduate recruitment cycle.
