About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding new business targets within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed new business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of contacts within prospective customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify and qualify customer opportunities for new product sales, and develop and implement plans to maximize sales penetration within each customer.
- Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new product sales and maximizing sales penetration within each customer.
- Define target lists of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria, and develop and implement plans to engage with these prospects and convert them into customers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the delivery, parcels, or logistics sector, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
- Detailed understanding of sales processes and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
- Proven sales ability, with a history of exceeding new business targets and achieving sales growth.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex sales strategies and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities, with the ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate agreements with customers.
