Role Overview

As a key member of our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the parcel industry. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing market sector development plans within your designated catchment area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceeding new business targets by identifying and qualifying customer opportunities for new product sales.
  • Building close and effective working relationships with a network of contacts within prospective customers.
  • Developing and broadening relationships with existing customers while identifying and qualifying opportunities for new product sales.
  • Maximising sales penetration within each customer by selling the complete range of services.
  • Defining a target list of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the delivery/logistics sector.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
  • Detailed understanding of the sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
  • Proven sales ability with historic success at exceeding new business targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities, including facilitating discussions.
