About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Services Coordinator to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our Beauty Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Beauty Services team, Regional Operations team, and key stakeholders to deliver efficient processes that improve performance and increase distribution.
- Support external product and service suppliers in their interactions with the brand, focusing on our growth area Piercing.
- Provide support to the department in key processes that deliver improved sales performance, increased profits, and support the ongoing strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processes, removing administrative duties from the team and allowing them to focus on customer interactions.
- Manage time and attendance for the team, maintaining the holiday calendar.
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including stores, therapists, suppliers, and the wider team.
- In the absence of the Buyer, perform buying, loading, merchandising, and other related tasks.
Requirements
- A passion for Beauty Services and a willingness to learn.
- Experience working in a retail or similar environment.
- A strong understanding of key IT applications, such as Microsoft and Outlook.
