The Role:

We are seeking a Project/Senior Project Manager to join our Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA) Enhancements team, helping secure and deliver multi-million-pound rail infrastructure projects and programs of works across the portfolio.

The role involves managing our experienced design and delivery organizations, located in the UK, and managing key client accounts to ensure CRSA is the first choice for our clients. Travel can be expected within the role to be present in project, CRSA, and client offices depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver major multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, delivering on time and to budget.
  2. Support the win work process in bid management and securing future opportunities and growth.
  3. To establish and build relationships with Alliance partners, key suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Overseeing a range of projects, managing multiple demands and stakeholders at a given time.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Experience of managing complex multidisciplinary major projects working within multidisciplinary teams across a wide array of GRIP stages.
  2. Significant experience in the management of Multi-disciplinary Railway Engineering Design.
  3. Able to establish and build relationships with suppliers, client/contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills.
  5. Qualifications and membership to the Association for Project Management or relevant Engineering body.
