Senior Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to complex neurological patients in our innovative neuro-rehabilitation unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans to equip patients with the tools to improve daily living and independence.
  • Apply evidence-based practice to achieve outstanding results and make a real impact on patients' lives.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Support patients through community activities and home visits, promoting patient-centered rehabilitation and recovery.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
  • Proven experience in neurological rehabilitation, with a strong clinical reasoning, risk management, and patient care skills.
