About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead an organisation that operates across two counties, delivering mental health and community services from cradle to grave. As Chief Executive, you will be responsible for leading a staff of over 4,500 people and ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality services to the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organisation in its mission to deliver excellent healthcare services to the communities of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the organisation's performance and achieve its goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, carers, and local partners.
  • Ensure that the organisation is well-governed and that its systems and processes are effective.
  • Make decisions that are in the best interests of the organisation and its stakeholders.
About the Organisation

We are a complex trust delivering a diverse range of services from over 100 locations across our two counties. We provide mental health and learning disability services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire and a wide range of community services, including seven community hospitals across Worcestershire.
