Main Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care programs, ensuring patient safety and well-being
- Supervise junior staff and students, promoting a culture of learning and development
- Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ward meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and methods
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) on the NMC register
- Experience of working in the Emergency Department or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date with mandatory training and continuing professional development
