Childrens Residential Practitioners, Looked After Children

We are seeking experienced and skilled practitioners to join our residential team, working with children and young people with complex needs. As a Residential Child Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the welfare and well-being of our looked-after children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with children, families, and other professionals.
- Provide emotional support, guidance, and role-modeling to promote positive relationships and behaviors.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting our children.
