We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administration Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and administrative staff in providing high-quality services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians and administrative staff, including sending correspondence and booking appointments.
  • Answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
  • Take minutes at meetings, manage diaries, and use the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Prioritise work and meet deadlines to fulfill the requirements of the post.
  • Carry out day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team.

Requirements:
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification/experience.
