Role:In the capacity of Assistant Company Secretary for SPV Operations, you will be instrumental in managing the activities related to USS's Alternative Assets. You will coordinate essential company secretarial functions for investment SPVs and enhance operational workflows.
Responsibilities:- Support the administration of directors and corporate entities
- Maintain accurate records and organizational structures
- Facilitate board meetings and prepare necessary documentation
- Establish and implement delegation of authority frameworks
- Address KYC inquiries and collaborate with external service providers
Must be a qualified company secretary with a background in financial services. Familiarity with Diligent Entities software and experience in managing SPVs is essential.
