Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our Strategic Account Success team in Cardiff Bay. As a Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to gather and document business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and working closely with the technical implementation team to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for bespoke solutions, working closely with the technical implementation team to ensure seamless integration.
- Work closely with the technical implementation team to ensure solutions meet client expectations, delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Strategic Account Success team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Travel may be required with this role, but will be infrequent.
Requirements
- MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.).
- Communication software experience (e.g. internet, intranet, Share Point etc.).
- Knowledge of the business credit industry would be a benefit.
