Job Description

Job Summary:

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering essential service plans to our customers and their sites, addressing various technical faults, and executing planned maintenance for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service plans to customers and their sites
  • Address technical faults and execute planned maintenance for our products
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and report any technical issues or concerns to the Service Manager
  • Conduct site visits to assess and repair equipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Requirements:

  • Technical experience and/or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems or related equipment
  • Good understanding of basic electronics, electrical, and fluid power theories
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and utilization of common test and calibration tools
  • Experience of working in a practical engineering environment
