About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sterile Services Coordinator. As a key member of our sterile services team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class decontamination service to our operating theatres and clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality decontamination service to ensure the safe and efficient processing of medical instruments.
  • Assist in the answering of calls from customers and prepare/amend tray lists as required.
  • Order and store supplies as needed to maintain an efficient and well-stocked sterile services department.
  • Dispatch instruments to various locations as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers and staff, promoting a positive and professional image of Circle Health Group.
  • Assist with stock levels and stock control, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Contribute to the promotion and maintenance of Health & Safety within the department, adhering to policies and procedures.
