About the Role

The Professional Practice, Education and Training team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Placement Capacity Lead. This exciting opportunity will involve establishing new ways of working across the Trust to increase placement and training opportunities for learners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to oversee, coordinate, facilitate, and manage the volume of learner placements in the Trust.
  • Develop and build relationships with practice areas, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team to plan and organize training, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

Requirements

  • Education to Degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience in business management and project management support.
  • Experience in using specialized computer systems, with a working knowledge of ESR, E-Rostering, and Agresso.
  • Proven ability in data collection and analysis, with a focus on confirming and challenging discrepancies.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the NHS.

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced IT skills for producing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
  • Skilled in the use of databases and the ability to produce and analyze reports and statistics using TRAC and ESR.
