Job Summary

We are seeking a Fund Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for NAV oversight of our proprietary managed funds, developing and managing relationships with external service providers, including underlying managers, custodians and fund administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with external service providers, including underlying managers, custodians and fund administrators.
  • Calculate the valuations of the funds and portfolios managed by AIL.
  • Reconcile to the official books and records.
  • Oversight of client and fund transactions processing.
  • Assistance with regulatory reporting.
  • Assistance with Audit queries.
  • Participation in departmental initiatives.
  • Resolve ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Good team working skills.
  • Working directly with various internal and external stakeholders (custodians, fund accountants, sub-managers, for example).
  • Experience in fund accounting or a relatable field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to translate analysis into client-friendly material.
