Role Overview

This position is a fixed-term contract.

Our central business support function is meticulously crafted to enhance our capabilities and Go-To-Markets, providing essential support to Partners and ensuring the seamless operation of the team, allowing our Partners and Consultants to concentrate on client engagements.

You will collaborate closely with Partners, Consultants, and external stakeholders. As part of a dynamic Business Support team, this role demands a friendly, approachable, and confident individual with excellent communication skills, preferably with experience in a collaborative environment alongside other Business Support personnel.

This is an excellent opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities for someone with the ambition and determination to excel. You will acquire valuable business experience while also enhancing your knowledge and skills in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing diaries and travel arrangements – handling complex scheduling for both internal and external clients, including senior stakeholders, along with international travel logistics across various time zones.

- Overseeing inbox management - monitoring incoming correspondence, taking action on behalf of the Partner when necessary, and providing general gatekeeping as required.

- Assisting with initiatives led by the Partners you support.

About You:

  • You possess administrative experience, ideally within a large organization.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • You are proactive, with a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail, along with clear communication skills.
  • You have a natural ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You enjoy teamwork and have a flexible approach to work.
