Supply Chain Assistant Role

We are partnering with a leading FMCG business to find a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join their team of experts.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, knowledge of MS Navision, and experience in stock production and logistics. They will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service & Export Supervisor with managing client orders and exporting products to customers and cold stores.

The role involves updating the Annual Rotation Plan, processing customer orders, and responding to customer queries. The successful candidate will also work with the Technical Team to meet project deadlines and monitor stock levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating the Annual Rotation Plan with product schedules provided by the Business Development Team
  • Processing customer orders and checking stock availability and expiration dates using the Navision system
  • Responding to customer queries about deliveries, pricing, and distribution
  • Working with the Technical Team to meet project deadlines
  • Monitoring stock levels and arranging transfers between UK and EU cold stores
  • Ensuring shipments are loaded with proper documents and tracking shipments

Key Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • Three days in the office (one a Wednesday) and two days working from home
