Finance Director and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive to join our team at Pharmacist Support. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability and operational efficiency of our charity.
As the Finance and Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive, you will work closely with our Chief Executive and Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategies that drive our charity's success. You will be responsible for managing our finances, developing and implementing financial plans, and ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the financial sustainability of the charity.
- Manage the charity's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategies that drive the charity's success.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of our services and the achievement of our goals.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Operations Director and Deputy Chief Executive who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also have excellent operational management skills, including the ability to develop and implement operational plans and lead and manage a team of staff.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, and staff. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
