About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the charity's financial stability and operational effectiveness. This is a hands-on position that requires a "doer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with our Chief Executive, Senior Management Team, and Board of Trustees to drive the charity's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the charity's financial sustainability
  • Oversee the operational efficiency of the charity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees to drive the charity's success
  • Collaborate with the Chief Executive to develop and implement the charity's strategic plan

Requirements
