Product and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product and Procurement Coordinator to join our Finance Team at Opus Business Systems Ltd/T.A Telecom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day smooth running of the Procurement function, processing requests and product updates, and maintaining allocated work queues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Procurement function, ensuring timely and efficient processing of requests and product updates.
- Maintain allocated work queues, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Proactively review process documents related to Products and Procurement, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage stock and license inventory, ensuring accurate records and minimal discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Provide validation support, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Minimum 2 years of Order Management experience.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the Telecoms sector.
- At least 5 GCSEs at C level or above, including English and Maths.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in databases.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A competitive salary of £26-£28K.
- 25 days of holiday + 8 Bank Holidays.
