Job Title:
Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities


Execute a diverse range of Network & IT cabling installations across various environments, including but not limited to, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, telephony, and fibre optics.

Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure that tasks are completed to meet both company and client expectations.
Comply with the company's Health and Safety Policies and relevant Statutory Health and Safety Legislation.
Assume a leadership role when necessary during multi-personnel installations.
Prepare and comprehend site-specific Risk Assessments.
Complete all project-related engineering documentation.
Act as the primary contact and liaison with customers during installations.
Oversee Engineers and Junior Engineers, monitoring their performance.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance for Engineers and Junior Engineers.
Conduct minor electrical installations, depending on qualifications.
Perform site survey visits as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1-5 years' experience in the industry.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of network cabling and installations to a certain technical degree.
Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable communicator, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to go above and beyond for colleagues and clients.
Flexibility in working hours and travel is crucial for this role.
CSCS accreditation (or equivalent).
Full and valid UK driving licence.
Attention to detail with a solid understanding of expected quality standards (World Class).
A proactive engineer with a positive attitude who sets an example for colleagues.
Comfortable attending client meetings, representing the business with professionalism and a positive mindset.
Proficient in the installation of industrial containment systems.
Experience in managing large project installations, delegating tasks to multiple teams, including subcontractors, and tracking project progress.

Industry certifications.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
Strong communication skills.
