IoT Connectivity Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IoT Connectivity Specialist to join our team at Marel. As a key member of our software solutions team, you will be responsible for the introduction, installation, customer training, and service of Marel-connected products at various customer locations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy Marel-connected products
- Provide technical customer service support and knowledge of hardware and software applications
- Analyse and fix technical issues
- Deliver on-site technical services and remote support for customers
- Internal training and mentoring for Marel subregional teams
- Work closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to improve the product and make our customers successful
Requirements:
- University degree or qualified certification, or a solid base of experience of the Marel portfolio
- Understanding of communication and industrial data collection from systems such as sensors controllers, and machine control solutions
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Professional in configuring and deploying Marel-connected products
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good people skills and works well within a team
- Base knowledge of Windows operating systems on PCs and servers as well as base knowledge of networking, which can be developed upon
- Familiar with remote access-related hardware/software utilities/service products
