About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IoT Connectivity Specialist to join our team at Marel. As a key member of our Software Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the introduction, installation, customer training, and service of Marel-connected products across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy Marel-connected products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical customer service support, resolving issues and delivering on-site technical services and remote support.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to improve product offerings and enhance customer success.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of connectivity products, working closely with the Marel Connectivity Project Manager.
  • Participate in installation planning meetings, preparing customers for the effective use of Marel-connected products.
  • Travel to support onsite installations and train subregional technical staff on solution implementation and benefits.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalating when necessary, and collaborate with Cloud support to develop support environments for Marel-connected products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in configuring and deploying Marel-connected products.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good people skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Base knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking principles.
