About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fill open positions.
  • Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry professionals, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and social media to identify new business opportunities.
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news.
