Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and sales colleagues, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our products and services, offering pre-sales and post-sales services to customers and sales colleagues.
  • Assist customers and sales colleagues through on-site visits, technical discussions, and other means to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct product and technical training for our colleagues and customers, both online and offline.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, analyze competitor information, and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
  • Support product promotion, marketing activities, exhibitions, and refine marketing materials for our products.
  • Handle major issues and customer complaints, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documents and regularly update various technical resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the new energy sector, with a strong understanding of storage battery and hybrid inverter technology.
  • Proficiency in office software and CAD.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Clear logical thinking, openness to learning new things, and ability to work under pressure.
