Job Summary
This is a full-time position within our esteemed inpatient specialty rotation scheme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple facilities as part of a dynamic healthcare team. We are looking for an individual with extensive clinical experience, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Manage a diverse clinical caseload within multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Engage in student education and training throughout all rotations.
- Participate in an established in-service education program to enhance clinical and managerial skills.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of in-house training initiatives.
Attendance at professional development courses will be supported.
Candidates should be prepared to participate in an on-call rota and weekend shifts, with prior experience in a similar environment being essential. Flexibility to work within a seven-day rota or extended hours may be required during certain rotations.
