About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Services team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert, holistic care to patients and their relatives in our Outpatient Departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines
  • Act as a mentor and role model to junior staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration
  • Mentorship or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
