Community Outreach Coordinator

Coyne Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Engagement Officer to join our client's team. Our client is a leading provider of government-funded back to work services, making a real difference to participants across the UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our client's services and engaging with relevant stakeholders across the community. This will involve identifying stakeholder organisations and opportunities to achieve participants' targets as outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expected by funders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular communication with partner organisations to maximise business outcomes.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase referrals and partnerships.
- Use intelligence to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Negotiate and build strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and outcomes.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of local labour markets.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally.
