ROLE OVERVIEW

We are committed to simplifying the car-changing process for all and are establishing a Business Solutions team to fulfill this vision across our platform.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage Salesforce to enhance our business operations. You will serve as a strategic collaborator, engaging with stakeholders to comprehend their challenges and objectives. Your analytical and communication skills will be vital in converting these insights into effective Salesforce solutions.

This position offers a unique blend of business acumen and technical proficiency, allowing you to delve into our core operations and apply your Salesforce expertise to devise and implement innovative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will develop a deep understanding of our business requirements. Through interviews, workshops, and user observations, you will pinpoint pain points, opportunities, and desired functionalities for the Salesforce platform.

Upon gathering requirements, you will meticulously analyze them to identify gaps or inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with our overarching business strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Salesforce engineers and administrators to design optimal solutions utilizing Salesforce functionalities and configurations, creating clear roadmaps for implementation.
  • Evaluating business processes to uncover automation and improvement opportunities.
  • Documenting business processes and system requirements in detail.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity while configuring workflows and automation tools.
  • Working closely with development and data teams to communicate requirements effectively and provide ongoing support during implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Experience in decision-making for business solutions related to customer data management.
  • Capability to create strategic roadmaps aligned with business needs.
  • Experience leading business analysis on projects of significant value.
  • Adeptness in quickly understanding problem spaces and defining operating models.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze from both top-down and bottom-up perspectives.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to express and challenge ideas.
  • Experience in creating project timelines and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for building impactful solutions.
  • Experience in process mapping, data modeling, and use case modeling.
  • Project management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Zendesk Sell.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
