We invite you to become a Lead Care Support Specialist within our dedicated team.

At our facility, we specialize in providing care for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in a supportive residential environment. Our mission is to ensure that every individual we assist feels secure, content, and empowered, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Your Role:

This position operates on a rotational schedule, including work every other weekend.

  • Full-time commitment
  • 42 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service
  • Manage staff effectively
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Assist with support worker duties as needed to bolster the team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A genuine passion for caregiving
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the Health and Social Care sector
  • Preferred: Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proven leadership qualities
