We invite you to become a Lead Care Support Specialist within our dedicated team.
At our facility, we specialize in providing care for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) in a supportive residential environment. Our mission is to ensure that every individual we assist feels secure, content, and empowered, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
Your Role:
This position operates on a rotational schedule, including work every other weekend.
- Full-time commitment
- 42 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service
- Manage staff effectively
- Maintain accurate records
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Assist with support worker duties as needed to bolster the team

Qualifications and Skills:
- A genuine passion for caregiving
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the Health and Social Care sector
- Preferred: Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to work collaboratively and independently
- Proven leadership qualities
