Role Overview:

In the capacity of Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily site activities, ensuring that all projects are executed safely, within the designated timeframe, and in accordance with budgetary constraints.

Your duties will include supervising personnel, engaging with clients, and ensuring adherence to all safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the site to assess progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts, minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting routine safety briefings and inspections.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling, providing insights on resource allocation and timelines.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or drainage sector is essential.


Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
Educational Background:

A relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is required.


Additional Qualifications:
  • Professional certification or membership in a recognized construction or engineering institution is desirable.
