Construction Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site management and operations manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the site management and operations manager, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate site logistics, including guest booking, access control, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage and order stock supplies, and create purchase orders as needed.
- Update and maintain records and databases, including personnel data, certificates, and qualifications.
- Execute site administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, coordinator, or assistant.
- Previous site experience in construction, wind turbine, or oil and gas industries is advantageous.
- Advanced IT skills, including MS Outlook, Office 365, and SAP.
- Schedule management and quality-oriented skills.
