Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Bamburgh Castle Inn. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes to our guests, adhering to our recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized working station.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policy.
Requirements:
  • Awareness of the importance of presentation and attention to detail in food preparation.
  • Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with good communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications.
