Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Bamburgh Castle Inn. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are exceptional.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver second-to-none food service, taking full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working station, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift and adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
  • Excellent communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Awareness of presentation and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver exceptional food service.
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
