About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team at Burns Sheehan. As a Data Governance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data, driving business value through effective data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and bring to life the Data Governance Framework and Operating Model, bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and day-to-day operational practices.
  • Develop and implement a Master Data Management Framework (MDM) to define, manage, and maintain accurate key data across the business.
  • Champion Data Governance across the business, working with key stakeholders to deliver real business value and ensure data governance is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience running a data governance program or team.
  • Knowledge of data standards and quality frameworks.
  • Experience with data lifecycle frameworks aligned to regulation.
