Job Summary:

The Retail Team at Villa Park is responsible for driving sales revenue and maintaining retail standards through front-line selling and back-of-house operations. We are seeking a skilled Retail & Licensing Administrator to join our team and contribute to creating a best-in-class retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for the Retail Team, including stock control, wholesale orders, and internal orders.
  2. Deal with retail customer queries and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or match-by-match basis and issue to internal departments within set time frames.
  4. Work closely with the finance team to raise invoices and deal with PO queries.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with a proven record of administration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly retail systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritise appropriately are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for liaising with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
