Retail Contracts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, finance systems, and supplier data to drive sales growth and minimize costs.
  • Oversee stock flow, replenishment, and allocation to ensure seamless operations across stores.
  • Coordinate fleet data and fuel card usage, providing regular reports to the Retail Contracts Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and exceptional customer experience.
  • Support store projects, including new store openings and remodels, in collaboration with the Store Pipeline team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve supplier queries and ensure long-term stock planning.
  • Attention to detail and flexibility to handle daily stock tasks while thinking ahead to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support wider projects across Retail Operations.
