Job Title: Project Manager Real Estate Development Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Richmond Capital. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial control.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Must be chartered.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
