Job Description
Project Manager - High-end Residential Development
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in their London office. The successful candidate will contribute to the full 360 development process of high-end residential schemes, working closely with the Head of Development and professional teams to deliver projects from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the cradle-to-grave development cycle of high-end residential projects, including cut and carve, extension, basement dig, refurbishment, and new build projects in prime London postcodes.
- Lead the appointment of professional and contractor teams to take projects through design and delivery to FF&E completion and sale/lease.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of Development to identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth strategies.
Requirements
- MRICS/MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field.
- Circa 5 years' experience in high-end residential project management, preferably within luxury residential projects valued between £5 million and £20 million.
- Good experience in JCT contract setup, consultant and contractor team management, and leading the master programme and project through to completion.
- Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal, and time management skills.
