Job Summary:

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in a client-side role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full 360 development process of high-end residential projects in prime London postcodes.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will report to the Head of Development and lead the appointment of professional and contractor teams to take projects through design and delivery to FF&E completion and sale/lease. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end residential project management, JCT D&B, and construction management contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cradle-to-grave development cycle of high-end residential projects
  • Lead the appointment of professional and contractor teams
  • Manage projects through design and delivery to FF&E completion and sale/lease
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • MRICS/MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field
  • Circa 5 years' experience in development, preferably within high-end/luxury residential projects valued between £5 million and £20 million
  • Good experience in JCT contract setup, consultant and contractor team management, and leading the master programme and project through to completion
  • Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal, and time management skills
