Mencap is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Relief Support Workers in Darlington. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and building meaningful relationships with service users. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts.
