About the Role

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Utilities & Energy team, working on the pursuit and delivery of digital transformation consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will help set the direction, drive forward the business, own senior client relationships, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for oil and gas companies, leveraging expertise in digital technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation.
  • Lead large complex programmes and deliver digital transformation services and projects, ensuring successful client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced digital solutions, driving business value and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the energy sector, applying knowledge to drive business growth and client success.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in consulting, particularly in the energy sector, with a strong track record of delivering digital transformation services.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies, driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong technical expertise in digital technologies, including IoT, AI, and automation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, driving innovation and business value.
