We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at No. 1 By GuestHouse in York. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests, building strong relationships, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bespoke spa treatments to the highest standard
  • Build rapport with guests and create a wonderful guest journey
  • Ensure 5-star standards are maintained in all areas of the business
  • Actively promote additional and return treatments
  • Carry out general spa duties and basic reception tasks
Requirements:
  • Qualified to a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Spa Therapies, Level 4 or 5 highly desired
  • At least 2 years' experience working within a spa environment
  • Qualified in Deep Tissue Massage
  • Positive, 'can-do' attitude, conscientious, and self-motivated
  • Computer literate and effective communicator
  • Willing and able to work evening and weekends
  • Live close to the hotel or have reliable transport
Benefits:
  • Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour depending on experience/availability

  • £200 cash bonus when you pass your probation with us (pro rata)
  • Up to £200 cash bonus when someone you refer to us gets hired (pro rata)
