Job Title: Spa Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Group, a leading name in the health and wellness industry.

About the Role:

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, ensuring high-quality service and a relaxing experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Assist in promoting spa services, special offers, and products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
